Vegetarian Wonton Soup

I can’t decide to be turn into a vegetarian, however I can decide to eat much less meat, one meal at a time.

These wonton are stuffed with leafy inexperienced greens and dried bean curd.

So as to add extra taste to the soup, drizzle some vinegar and freshly made pepper oil (crushed purple chilli flakes + Sichuan pepper corn + heated oil).
