Tomato Fish Soup
I not often purchase components particularly for a dish. As an alternative, I attempt to use what I’ve within the pantry and fridge. So tomato + tilapia made this soup😜
Components used:
2 tomato (diced)
three tilapia fillet (sliced)
three potato (peeled cubed)
half onion (diced)
1 piece celery (thinly sliced)
half frozen corn
2 tbsp tomato paste
Sauté onion and celery in oil for two minutes, add tomato and proceed to sauté for two extra minutes. Add potato, tomato paste and three cups water. Convey the soup to a boil and simmer till potato’s are performed. Drop in fish fillet and corn, and prepare dinner for ~ 2 minutes till fish is flaky. Add salt + pepper to your style.
