Tofu + Shishito Pepper (Fast Meal)

Shishito pepper has an incredible taste and isn’t overly spicy. I usually would blister them in a pan at excessive warmth and splash with miso + sake. Nevertheless this batch of peppers are fairly spicy. So I used them to stir fry with dried bean curd so it’s not too overwhelming for my style buds. Served it with brown rice.
