That is my newest invention!

I requested hubby what dessert he wished for Father’s Day, he couldn’t determine between walnut meringue cake (one among my signature dishes) bougasta (custard) or Loukmades.
So I made all of them rolled up in a single cake!

The underside layer is a chewy textured walnut cake lined in sugar syrup.
Center layer custard bougasta and the highest layer loukmada pearls drenched in hellenicgift natural honey.

For sure he was fairly satisfied.
