That is my first try at an exquisite center jap dish known as MAQLUBA🙌🏻
I made this with spicy lamb mince, garlic and lemon roasted hen, fragrant rice, and fried eggplant. It’s positioned in a pot which is flipped the wrong way up when served, therefore the title maqluba, which interprets actually as “upside-down.”
I’m not going to lie, I used to be barely terrified flipping it however was beside myself with the consequence 🥂
I’ll be posting the recipe later, proper now I need to take pleasure in this second with my fam bam. ❤️
