STICKY DATE PUDDING
That is the one cake that’s my absolute go to and a household/buddies favorite.
Fairly certain I’ve served this to some hundred peeps.😂
It’s a flawless recipe and belief me you’ll want to reserve it.
250 grams of chopped pitted dates
1 cup of water 1 tsp bicarbonate
60 grams butter
3/four cups castor sugar
1 1/four cup self elevating flour 1 tsp vanilla essence
Place the dates and water in a medium pot.
Simmer for 10 minutes on medium warmth.
Take away from warmth and add bicarb. Go away apart to chill.
Whip butter and sugar till creamy, add one egg a time.
Add within the essence.
Add flour and dates to the whipped butter and blend.
Grease a medium cake tin and add your combination evenly.
Cook dinner on 180 levels for 25 minutes.
150 grams of brown sugar
150 ml of cream
1/2 cup of butter
Warmth butter in a small pot, add sugar after which the cream.
Cook dinner for five minutes.
Serve heat with ice cream 🤤
