SPLIT PEA FALAFEL BUNTS!

I had a few thousand packets of break up pea in my pantry and never fairly certain why 🧐

I soaked them in a single day and aside from admiring them a lot of the day, I made a decision to throw just a few issues collectively and voila 😕 Baked break up pea mini “bunt “ falafel 😬

These are good little snacks, pack them for lunch, snacks, dinner or a late evening Nigella fridge raid 😇
