* four potatoes boiled and mashed
* 1 egg barely crushed
* 1/2 cup grated Kefalograviera
* 1/2 cup flour
* 1/four bread crumbs
* salt and pepper to style

* 1/four cup flour

Bowl 2
* 2 eggs barely crushed
* 1 tablespoon water

Bowl 3
* 1/2-3/four cup breadcrumbs

Filling

1/four cup chelmosaustralia feta
1/four cup chelmosaustralia kefalograviera cheese
2 cups of child spinach chopped

Technique

Mix all of the elements for the croquettes.
Fill the center with the cheese and spinach stuffing.
Roll the croquette in flour, egg wash them bread crumbs

Fry in vegetable oil till golden brown
