Sluggish Cooked Brisket.

It’s sluggish cooker season!

There’s nothing higher than popping on the sluggish cooker while you’re arduous at work.

Brisket soup

Substances
500 g beef brisket
1/four cup soy sauce
1/four cup oyster sauce
three tbsp brown sugar
1 thumb sized ginger, sliced
2 cloves of garlic
1 bunch pak choy
three massive purple onions, 2 quartered and 1 finely chopped
freshly floor black pepper
1 tsp fish sauce
1 tsp of sesame oil
6 cups of water
1 star anise
1 small cheeky purple chilli 🌶
500 g egg noodles added in proper on the finish (soak noodles in scorching water for 15 minutes)
Garnish with spring onion and a squeeze of lime juice 😋

I seared my beef and saved the juices earlier than popping all of the above elements in my sluggish cooker for four hours.
