SHAKSHUKA with SPINACH and FETA
A busy week requires fast meals and this was an ideal meal for hubby and I, dinner for 👩❤️👩
You’ll be able to have this for breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner!

four spinach leaves diced
1 onion diced
three cloves of garlic minced
2 cans of diced tomatoes
1 cup of enormous Lima beans with sumac spice (elective)

Add chopped spinach and prepare dinner till wilted.

Add eggs, feta and Lima beans till the eggs whites are cooked.
Drizzle some extra olive oil on prime earlier than serving 🤤
