SHAKSHUKA with SPINACH and FETA

A busy week requires fast meals and this was an ideal meal for hubby and I, dinner for 👩‍❤️‍👩

four spinach leaves diced
1 onion diced
three cloves of garlic minced
2 cans of diced tomatoes
four eggs
