Roasted Brussels Sprouts

The primary time I had roasted Brussels sprouts was at a pizza restaurant in downtown San Francisco almost 10 years in the past. I used to be so wowed by the caramelized sprouts, crispy bacon items and candy juicy pear, effectively balanced taste and texture.

Pear is in season once more, good timing to make this dish 😊

Substances:
1 lb Brussels sprouts (quartered)
three piece of cooked bacon (crumbled)
1 Korean pear (cubed)

Warmth 1 tbsp oil in a pan, add the Brussels Sprouts, stir fry steadily at medium warmth till finished. Add 1-2 tbsp water as wanted.

Add the bacon, stir-fry for 1 minute, season with salt and pepper, serve with pear.
