PUMPKIN SPANAKOPITA
I like spanakopita and like it much more with much less carbs.
Right here is my baked pumpkin with crispy cheese filo.
Recipe
2 Butternut Pumpkins sliced in half.
Bake them for 30 minutes on 180 levels.
Take away from oven and scoop out half of the pumpkin.
The spinach filling
1 bunch of silverbeet spinach, use solely the leaves.
1 small onion
Frivolously fry the onion and spinach with a little bit salt and pepper.
In giant bowl add spinach combination with 1 cup of grated cheddar cheese, half of cup crumbled feta, half of cup ricotta. Combine properly and fill the pumpkin. Bake for 20 minutes on 180 levels.
