Pork + Tomato
Elements:
1 lb sliced pork
1 giant tomato
1 medium onion
1 bell pepper
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sake
Salt + pepper to style
Tomatoes are in season!!! My current grocery supply features a few beefsteak tomatoes. They’re so recent and ripe that I can odor them miles away 🤪
I added one tomato to this dish and it “vanished” after a couple of minute of cooking. Nonetheless it left behind the wealthy taste and coloration.
