The trick to get your child to eat veggie – disguise them. On this dish, are you able to inform which is which? 😎

This pesto sauce is superb!!! It’s creamy but not heavy; it has a delicate sweetness and citrusy…. I made an analogous sauce utilizing cilantro and avocado however We like this pea pesto significantly better.

Elements:

half of lb Brussels sprouts
1/four lb Orecchiette pasta
2 tbsp inexperienced peas (cooked)
half of cup recent basil (about 10 g)
1 tsp garlic powder
half of lemon (juiced)
2 tbsp cashew (roasted)
2 tbsp olive oil
Recent scallops (elective)

In a meals processor (I used my outdated magic bullet), mix olive oil, basil, pea, cashew, lemon juice and garlic powder.

Prepare dinner pasta and brussels sprouts, combine nicely with the pesto sauce.

Serve it with seared shrimps or scallops or tofu or chickpeas, no matter flows your boat 😜
