The primary time I attempted this, a number of weeks in the past, I knew it needed to be in my life.

Politiko Thessalonikis is likely one of the most interesting sweets I’ve ever had. It has a semolina cake infused with mastic and drenched in syrup. Being one NEVER to a recipe I needed to change one thing, so I substituted the syrup for decent melted natural honey from hellenicgift and topped with creme patisserie and a bucket load of cinnamon.

I used akis_petretzikis recipe, he’s an unbelievable cook dinner and straightforward on the attention too😉
