Oven Baked Steak
Season the steaks with salt and pepper. Preheat the oven to 350F. Sear the steaks for ~2 minutes on all sides. Bake the steaks for five minutes, flip off the oven.
Preserve the steaks (wrapped properly in foil) within the oven for eight minutes. Slice and serve.
