OLIVE & HALLOUMI BREAD TWISTS
This bread packs a punch to say the least.
It’s been some time since I baked bread, there may be nothing extra therapeutic if you’ve had an excellent busy week!
Substances for the dough
1 kg bread flour, or plain flour will do
625 ml tepid water
2 x 7 g sachets of dried yeast
2 tablespoons sugar
Add the yeast in half a glass of tepid water with 1/2 tsp of sugar, cowl with glad wrap and let it rise. Roughly 20 minutes.
Add all of the above components together with the yeast in a mixer utilizing the dough hook. Knead for ten minutes.
Take away and knead for an additional 5 minutes by hand.
Oil a bowl and place the dough in it, cowl with glad wrap and a heat towel. Let it relaxation for an hour in a heat place. (Tip, put them towel within the dryer so it’s hotter)
Chop about 2 cups of olives, and two blocks of chelmosaustralia halloumi cheese into small cubes.
Add some dried or contemporary mint into the combination.
Your dough ought to have risen fairly properly, give it a superb punch!
Knead for an additional 5 minutes.
Flour your bench.
Halve the dough and roll it out with a rolling pin. Smother with slightly olive oil and unfold combination over it.
