Oats Fruit Bar (Nut Free)
Nuts-free snack for college 😀
Authentic recipe by 3catsfoodie I diminished sugar/honey by half.

2 cups rolled oats
1 cup plain flour
½ cup desiccated coconut
1 cup combined dried fruits
1 tsp baking powder
massive pinch of salt
eight tbsp unsalted butter
1/four cup brown sugar
1/four cup honey
Soften butter in a pot, add honey and sugar.
Mixed with dry elements.
Layer the baking tray (8×8) with parchment paper, apply a skinny layer of oil, pour within the combine and flatten them evenly.
Bake 390F for 20 minutes.
