Oatmeal Pecan Cookie
This recipe was “borrowed” from an aunt. As you may inform, it’s outdated – again when margarine continues to be a factor…
I changed flour with almond flour, lowered sugar and chocolate chip by greater than half. Should you prefer it crisper cookie, bake a couple of minutes longer than the advisable time.
I really like the flavour, texture of this cookie. It’s a good companion for ☕️
