Black eyed peas with zucchini noodles🍽
Recipe right here ⬇️ * 250 grams black eyed beans
* 1 massive zucchini * 1 medium onion, finely chopped
* 1 spring onion, finely chopped
* 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
* Thinly sliced capsicum * 1 cup olive oil (I do know proper 😳) * 1 tablespoon chopped dill * Salt and pepper * four cups water
* 1/Three cup lemon juice
Methodology
Soak beans for just a few hours.
1. Prepare dinner beans on medium warmth for 30 minutes or till mushy, pressure and put aside.
2. Fry onion, garlic and capsicum till translucent, add in peas and lemon juice and cook dinner for 20 minutes.
3. Combine within the zucchini noodles and salt and pepper.
