Mussels in white wine sauce
The second course of 5 course french impressed meal on Sunday.
Now my children apparently hate mussels, not these ones, they devoured them!
1 kilo of mussels
2 cloves of garlic thinly sliced
1 cup of white wine
1 small finely chopped chilli
50 grams of butter
1 cup of contemporary cream
Begin by melting the butter, add within the garlic, onion and sauté for a number of minutes.
Add white wine and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add mussels, pop a lid on for five minutes.
