Dried mushrooms, 25g, soaked in sizzling water, diced
Recent mushrooms, 500g, diced
Onion, 1 medium measurement, diced
Vegetable inventory, 2 cups
Egg, tender boiled (elective)
Sauté onion in oil till softened. Add each varieties of mushrooms, stir fry for about 5 minutes. Add inventory, mushroom water (from soaking the dried mushroom, ~ 2 cups), simmer for about 10 minutes.
Switch to a blender, mix till clean. Utilizing tortilla chips to regulate the thickness of the soup, if wanted. I didn’t use coconut milk as prompt within the recipe resulting from meals allergy.
