Busy busy working peeps who must make dinner in a rush, this surprise dish takes all of 20 minutes.
Here’s what you’ll need
6 hen thigh fillets thinly sliced
2 tsp of cornflour
Place the hen in a bag together with the cornflour and coat effectively.
Evenly pan fry your hen till golden brown.
1/Four cup cornflour
1 tbls brown sugar
three cloves of garlic minced
1 slice of ginger finely minced
1/Four cup of changsasianfood Tamari gentle soy sauce
1/Four cup water
Mix all of the above and pour over hen on medium warmth, this can take 5 minutes to soak up.
I served this on changsasianfood fried noodles with just a few uncooked greens.
