Minestrone (Immediate Pot)
It’s becoming to have a bowl of hearty greens soup for the Earth Day. The ingredient checklist appears lengthy however you would use just about any greens – a good way to wash up the fridge 😜

Substances:
* 1 massive onion (minced)
* four carrots (peeled and sliced)
* 2 cloves garlic (sliced )

* 1 tsp thyme
* 1 tsp rosemary
* 1 bay leaf

* four cups broth or water
* 1 zucchini (diced)
* 1 yellow squash (diced)
* 1 (15 ounce) can black beans (drained)
* 1 (15 ounce) can cannellini beans (drained)
* 1 cup macaroni pasta
* grated parmesan cheese, for serving (elective)
* crushed crimson pepper, for serving(elective)
Within the immediate pot, sauté onion for a couple of minutes till softened, add the remainder substances. Stir to verify pasta will not be sticking collectively. prepare dinner at excessive strain for six minutes, fast launch.
