Macadamia and Darkish Chocoate Kourabiedes
1/2 cup of butter
1/four cup of icing sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/four cups of plain flour
1 Cup of finely chopped ausmacadamias macadamia nuts
1 cup of darkish chocolate
1/2 cup of coarsely chopped ausmacadamias macadamia nuts
Extra icing sugar for later!
Begin by creaming your butter and sugar till mild and fluffy, add vanilla essence, and step by step add flour and finely grated macadamia nuts, put aside.
Soften chocolate, and fold the coarsely chopped macadamia nuts.
Form a teaspoon of the combination right into a drop on baking paper, set in fridge for 20 minutes.
Form a tablespoon of the dough in your hand and place the chocolate filling within the centre, roll to a ball form.
Bake on 180 levels for 12-15 minutes.
When cool, sprinkle with icing sugar.
