Loco Moco

We simply returned from a visit to Hawaii. Didn’t dine out loads as a result of restaurant reservations had been very difficult and we tried to keep away from the gang. So once I ask my kiddo what’s for dinner, she ordered loco moco, Hawaiian beef patty with gravy.

We miss Hawaii already 😎

Elements (6 Patties)
half small white onion grated
2 cloves garlic crushed
1 massive egg
2 tablespoons soy sauce
half teaspoon salt
1/four teaspoon black pepper
1.5 kilos floor beef
half cup breadcrumbs

Combine all of the elements, form the patties with palms. Allow them to chill within the fridge for a couple of hours earlier than cooking.

Use the identical skillet to make the gravy, with flour and broth.

Serve the patty over rice, high with a fried egg.
