four eggs (room temperature)
1 cup flour
3/eight cup sugar
I pinch of salt
half tsp vanilla
Separate egg white and yoke.
Beat yoke and 1/eight cup sugar till creamy.
Beat egg white with a standing mixer at medium/excessive velocity till foam. Slowly including in 1/four cup sugar. Beat till stiff peak types
Fold egg white into the yoke, ed by flour. Don’t over combine
Use a pastry bag to type the “finger”, 2 inches aside on parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Bake for 15 minutes 375F.
