What a wonderful morning, solar is out and and further day of weekend in Sydney❤️
Here’s a mountain of koulourakia infused with my favorite mountain tea from hellenicgift.
This tea takes me again to my childhood reminiscences, and my mum who would whip one up after I was feeling unwell. ❤️
It’s mentioned to have a optimistic impact on nearly something that ails you, however largely it’s used to fight colds, respiratory issues, indigestion, and gentle anxiousness. It’s mentioned to bolster the immune system and is valued for its antioxidants, as an anti-inflammatory and to scale back fever.
I made a decision to brew some up and add it to my favorite home made koulourakia to have with a cup of this gold, and a dollop of natural hellenicgift honey.
Recipe right here ⬇️
1 cup of brewed hellenicgift mountain tea.
1 cup of peanut oil
half cup milk
2 cups of sugar
half tsp vanilla
1 kg of self our elevating flour
Beat eggs and sugar and slowly add in oil.
Add in milk, tea and flour and knead for a number of minutes.
Roll dough out into a protracted skinny “rope like” look.
Lower small four cm biscuits and canopy with sesame seeds.
Bake on 170 for 15minutes.
I then put all of them in oven for an additional 45minutes on 70 levels to get that further crunch.
Have a beautiful weekend ✅
