Water 2.5 cups, heat
Sugar 1 tsp
Yeast 2 tsp
Flour 7 cups
Oil, 6 tbsp
Combine water, yeast and sugar. Let it bloom for a couple of minutes.
In a giant bowl, add flour, oil and the yeast water, combine effectively and kneed for about 10 minutes.Let it rise for 1-2 hours.
Divide the dough into 7 items, roll them right into a ball form, cowl and allow them to rise for one more hour.
Preheat oven and forged iron pan to 450 F. Brush the pan with oil. Form the pizza to desired thickness and add the toppings. Bake for ~10 minutes.
Leftover dough may be frozen for later use.
