Gyūdon (Beef Rice Bowl)
Impressed by peachonomics. I ordered the meat instantly after studying her submit. It’s certainly a comforting and simple dinner!!!
We don’t eat loads white rice so ziyiyiu truly 🥳🥳🥳for this particular deal with.
Components:
1 onion, sliced
2 carrots, sliced
1 lb beef, thinly sliced (scorching pot beef)
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp darkish soy sauce
2 tbsp sake
2 tbsp mirin
1 tsp sugar
Sauté onion in oil till softened. Add carrots, proceed stir fry for a couple of minutes. Add beef and sauces, cook dinner till meats are achieved. Serve over rice and prime the dish with a mushy boiled egg. Combine properly, the yolk actually convey all the flavour collectively properly. 😋
