Inexperienced Onion Twist (Pan Fried)

Roll it out to a rectangle piece with a curler. Brush the floor with oil, sprinkle salt and diced inexperienced onion. Fold it 3 ways, reduce into strips then twist anyway you want.
Lay the twists in a nonstick pan, cowl and let it sit for about 45 minutes to rise.
Pour oil alongside the sting of the pan, add 1/2 cup water, prepare dinner coated at medium warmth till all of the water is evaporated. Verify for desired crispness.
