GREEK LAMB SHEPHERDS PIE WITH MINT PEA MASH
When Harry’s Cafe de wheels meets Greek lamb stew 🤷♀️
Gradual cooked lamb chunks with garlic, purple wine and rosemary, completed off with an excellent tasty gravy. As an alternative of mash I went for par boiled potato discs smothered with garlic butter.
My favorite pie at all times must be topped with mashed minted peas 👊
