Garlic Roasted Greens and selfmade Hummus at our place tonight, good and easy😇
I roasted a stack of veggies with garlic, turmeric, olive oil and lemon juice and thru in some chickpeas leftover from my hummus dip😋
I by no means use tin chickpeas, I all the time use dry ones. Merely soak them for a number of hours, even in a single day. Boil a number of cups and go away within the fridge, add them in salads, whip up dips and even add to soups!
So wholesome, easy and scrumptious after a really naughty weekend 😇
