Garlic Lemon butter Whiting Fillets in 20 minutes!
Hubby loves whiting and didn’t need it fried, mission completed .
Evenly crumbed and shallow cooked in butter, garlic, lemon juice and a drizzle of olive oil did the trick!
This took all of 20 minutes from begin to end!
12 whiting fillets
50 grams of butter
1/four cup of olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
four cloves of garlic thinly sliced
Fish coated in
2 cups of bread crumbs
1 tsp of sumac spice
In a big fry pan soften your butter and add in garlic, as soon as it begins to brown, place lemon juice olive oil and fish.
Prepare dinner fish 5 minutes both sides.
Sprinkle with parsley and perhaps just a little extra hellenicgift olive oil🐷
