Contemporary Oyster Pancake

Now and again, I crave for some oysters. Contemporary oysters packed in a sealed can at Costco is a good different since I’m not an skilled on shucking 😜

Pancake combine is an easy mixture of egg, flour and water. Added some shredded zucchini for further texture and taste. At all times season with salt and pepper.

Sauce is made with soy sauce, darkish vinegar and Korean crimson pepper paste. 😋
