I believed I might problem the French macrons since I made its Italian cousin aka Ricciarelli. I used to be so unsuitable ….🥲

I received caught on sifting the almond flour. It’s inconceivable!!! The almond flour I’ve isn’t advantageous sufficient and processing it additional with the Vitamix solely made the flour extra saturated with oil. I managed sifting ~ half of the flour solely.

Components (unchanged from Allrecipes)
three egg white
¼ cup white sugar
1 ⅔ cups confectioners’ sugar
1 cup almond flour

Beat egg white till fluffy, add sugar and beat till maintain delicate peak. Gently fold in sifted powdered sugar and almond flour. Use frosting bag to type the cookie on a silicon mat, let it sit for ~ 1 hour till the pores and skin hardened. Bake at 300F for ~12 minutes.

Notice to myself: I want to combine the batter extra subsequent time so if flattens instantly right into a flat floor (as a substitute of holding a peak like I did right here)
