Florets or Stems?
Broccoli stems have been Chloe’s favourite vegetable. In the future, she determined florets are higher and haven’t touched the stem since then.
I, nonetheless, stay a fan for the stems. It takes a while to peel off the woody outer layers. The jade like internal a part of the stem is deliciously candy.
