Fillo Burrito Parcels
Packed filled with flavour and wrapped with my favorite antonioufillopastry, these parcels are fast, straightforward and a household favorite.
I knew I used to be having a busy week so these have been ready over the weekend. *tip they’ll final within the freezer for ages!
That is what you will want
1 packet of antonioufillopastry filo pastry
25 grams of melted butter, that is for brushing the layers of the fillo.
1 onion diced
three cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of candy paprika
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 tablespoon of cumin
2 tablespoons of tomato purée
1 teaspoon dried coriander
1 tin of Kidney beans
500 grams of beef mince.
1 cup of cheddar cheese
Begin by frying onion and garlic, add spices and prepare dinner for five minutes. Add tomato purée ed by the mince, prepare dinner this for 10 minutes till mince is brown.
Add 1 cup of water and beans and simmer for an additional 10 minutes.
When cool add grated cheese and blend effectively.
Lay two sheets of fillo in your work bench, buttered between every layer and scoop 2 tablespoons of the filling in the direction of the sting of the fillo fold sides in first and roll till it shapes to a parcel.
Butter the parcels and add some extra grated cheese excessive. Bake for 20 minutes till golden brown on 180 levels.
