FETA & SPINACH “fancy” Fillo POCKETS
I had a lot enjoyable making these, big shoutout to my hand mannequin b.lazarr who can be celebrating her birthday at the moment 🎉
All you will want is
1 packet of antonioufillopastry
300 grams of butter for the layers of filo, 2 layers every pocket and a few for the highest
Combine collectively
2 blocks of feta cheese crumbled
1 cup of ricotta
1 bunch of spinach heads finely chopped.
1 tbls of dried mint
1 egg to mix
Black sesame seeds
It’s the right finish to a fab weekend and Sunday afternoon.
