Feta and Spinach Pie
In the present day a bunch of labor colleagues and I had a digital cook dinner off.
Thanks TPG for the unstable service, you didn’t break us, the group cook dinner alongside produced some unbelievable pies 🥧
That is what you’ll need
1 packet of antonioufillopastry
50 grams of melted butter, that is use to use in your sheets of filo.
1 and 1/2 cups of chelmosaustralia feta
2 cups of grated cheese
1 tbls dried mint
Bunch of finely diced spinach
Mix your cheese, mint and spinach as this will likely be used on the layers, like within the pic above.
The egg combine
1 and 1/2 cups of milk
three tbls yoghurt
three eggs
Combine all of the above as it will set your pie
Butter filo sheets one by one, layer your baking dish with no less than four layers.
Add three tbls of cheese and spinach and repeat no less than three instances.
Pour egg combination over the pie, sprinkle some cheddar cheese and cook dinner on 180 levels for 25 minutes
