Date Brownie

Not a brand new 12 months’s decision however January is a month for cleaning. This 12 months, I take it easy by eradicating added sugar and alcohol from my weight loss program.

Date brownie is an ideal choose me up for January since no sugar was used within the recipe 😀

Substances:
9 ounces of pitted Medjool dates (soaked in sizzling water, reserve 1/Four cup date water)
Four eggs
half of cup avocado oil
2/three cup cocoa powder
half of cup almond flour
half of cup gluten free flour
1/Four tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda

Mix the dates with the 1/4 cup date water. Combine in the whole lot else and bake on parchment lined baking dish 350F for 40 minutes.
