CYPRIOT BREAD With Halloumi and TARAMA DIP

Yesterday my feed was flooded with probably the most wonderful Lagana bread, it marks the primary day of Greek Orthodox Lent.
I personally had by no means heard of it however rapidly fell in love with many variations from my foodie pals ❤️

It jogged my memory of my favorite Cypriot bread and my addition of halloumi items (pic in put up).

There’s nothing higher than grabbing a sizzling piece of this bread and a great strong dollop of tarama dip 😋😋
