Congee + Pork Roll + Tofu
Congee: White rice + Glutinous rice + Millet cooked with the moment pot (excessive stress 20 minutes, 1:7 ratio to water)
Pork Roll: caramelized onion, add thinly sliced pork (usually used for hotpot/shabu shabu). Seasoned with soy sauce, rice white and recent black pepper (generously 😜)
Tofu – boil dried tofu (break them into items by hand first) and season them with soy sauce and sesame oil.
