Soak cooked noodles in ice + water to boost the feel.
Topped with carrots, Persian cucumbers and egg crepe (made with the crepe maker 😜). The dressing is made with the same old suspects: sesame oil, soy sauce, vinegar. Chili oil is added individually because the kiddo can take this degree of warmth but.
