COCONUT SYRUP MINI BUNDT CAKES

1 cup of sugar
A nip of cognac
1 cup of peanut oil
half of cup of heat milk
2 cups of coconut (toasted is healthier )
1 half of cups of self elevating flour
2 tsp of baking powder
Beat eggs and sugar till white and creamy.
Slowly drizzle oil into the eggs and oil .
Sift flour with baking powder and add progressively into the batter, concurrently add milk and cognac.
Fold within the coconut.
Bake on 170 for 34 minutes, check with a clear knife and if it comes out clear its accomplished!
