Chop Suey Chow Mein
Thanks to my great work colleague Jodie for tonights dinner inspiration.
Though an oldie it’s a goodie and naturally, I needed to improvise with the substances I had.
Now the enjoyable half, this delicious meal took all of 30 minutes!
Right here’s what you will want
1 packet of changsasianfood pad Thai rice noodles.
500 grams of pork mince
1 finely diced onion
four cloves of minced garlic
1 tsp of finely diced ginger
half cup of changsasianfood soy sauce
1/four cup of changsasianfood Hoisin sauce
half crimson cabbage finely sliced
2 grated carrots
Bunch of coriander
1 crimson onion finely sliced
1 small crimson capsicum thinly sliced
Begin by cooking your noodles in scorching water for five minutes, rinse and pressure.
In a big wok, add your vegetable oil, onions, garlic and ginger and prepare dinner until translucent. Add mince and prepare dinner for 10 minutes on medium warmth till brown. Add the sauces and simmer for 10 minutes.
Combine the mince together with the sauce and your noodles.
Serve with all of the contemporary vegies.
This may serve 5-6 non Greek people 🤷♀️
