Chocolate Oatmeal Crunch (Vegan, Nutfree)
I made one other batch, this time nut free so ziyiyiu can take them to high school.
Personally I prefers the batch utilizing almond flour and almond butter. Nonetheless my neighbor love this one as a result of it’s sweeter 🤪
2 cup rolled oats
1 cup common flour
four tbsp cocoa
1/four teaspoon salt
half cup maple syrup (extra for those who choose sweeter)
three ouncesMedjool date (soaked in scorching water for 15 minutes)
1/four cup avocado oil
half cup dried fruit (I used raisins)
1 tsp baking powder
Course of the soaked dates, together with three tbsp date water till attain the paste consistency.
