Chocolate Oatmeal Crunch (Vegan, Gluten Free)

That is an iteration of the oatmeal bar I made just a few weeks in the past. It’s not a nut free deal with however an enormous success! If you happen to like crunchy wholesome snacks, please give it a try to let me know the way it seems for you.
Only for enjoyable, I calculated the energy and it’s about 60 per piece.
2 cup rolled oats
1 cup almond flour
Three tbsp cocoa
1/four teaspoon salt
3/eight cup maple syrup (extra should you favor sweeter)
1/four cup almond butter
1/four cup avocado oil
1/Three cup dried fruit (I used raisins)
1 tsp baking powder
Whisk collectively oil, maple syrup and almond butter.
Add cocoa powder, salt and baking powder, combine nicely.
Use a mixing spoon, add in almond flour and oats. Combine nicely.
Fold in dried fruit.
I exploit a small cookie dough scoop and this batch yield about 24 items.
Baked 350F for 20 minutes for the balls (12 minutes for cookies).
