Rooster Noodle Soup + Stem Lettuce
Rooster soup is my daughter’s favourite so it made frequent look on our dinner desk. I made this batch with the moment pot (excessive stress, 40 minutes). It’s seasoned with rice wine, ginger, inexperienced onion, dried mushroom. As a vegetable nazi, I cannot quit a chance to throw in some veggie: carrots provides candy taste and potato thickens the soup.
I attempted to trick my daughter to strive the stem lettuce by skillfully renamed it as “inexperienced carrot”. She known as me a liar however agreed to strive a bit 🤪For individuals who don’t know stem lettuce, I included a photograph earlier than these lettuce have been undressed.
