Braised Beef Brief Rib

This recipe is similar to beef Bourguignon. The substitution right here, Brief rib, is extra flavorful and tender than common stew beef. Didn’t add beef inventory or water within the receipt, the sauce (all got here from the onion and tomato) may be very wealthy and flavorful.

Components:
2 onion (thinly sliced)
four tomato (diced)
four piece boneless quick rib (cubed)
three tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp wine
Salt + pepper

Brown the meat within the Dutch-oven, all sides, season with salt and pepper. Take away them from the pot.
Sauté the onion, in the identical pot, with a bit of oil, till softened.
Add again the meat and remaining substances, simmer for ~ one hour.
